PAYMENT METHODS

Users are advised to carefully read all information on the Company's website as well as the Terms of Use, including the information they refer to prior to their acceptance.

1. Cash on delivery

If you choose to receive your order via Courier, you can pay with cash on delivery with a surcharge of 2 €. The payment of your order is made upon delivery. Cash on delivery service is only accepted for orders with total amounts up to € 300, while it is not an option for larger amounts.

2. In store

If you choose to pick up your order from our store (El. Venizelou 6, Volos), you can pay for it on arrival.

3. Online Payment with credit or debit card

You can pay for your order with either a credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express.

The process of finalizing your payment is undertaken by Viva Payments, thus ensuring the complete security of your transaction.

4. Deposittobankaccount

You can choose the bank that facilitates you to deposit the total amount of your order. In the bank deposit reasoning you must enter your full name and the number of the order. In this case, please send the proof of the deposit to sales@dimitriadisoptics.gr .

5. Confirmation of the receipt of payment order

Immediately after receiving the order of payment, the Company provides or makes available to the payer, in printed form or by digital means, the following information regarding the services provided by the Company:

a. the details that allow the payer to identify the payment transaction,

b. the amount of the payment transaction in the currency used in the payment order,

the amount of any surcharges added to the payment transaction be paid by the payer and, as the case may be, the breakdown of the amounts of these charges,

d. the date of the receipt of payment order.
