Panagiotis Dimitriadis, the grandfather and founder of the company, started in 1932 with a small optical shop but neat for the time in the city of Volos. In 1990, Kleita Dimitriadis, his successor and daughter, took over the reins and opened the first and so far only optical store in N. Ionia, Volos.

Today, Labis Tsoukalas, the Third Generation and grandson of Panagiotis Dimitriadis, successfully continues the course of the traditional business.

In 2004 Labis Tsoukalas opens the first Optical Department Store in Greece both in size 250sqm and in variety, a difference for the time that lasts even today.
