SHIPPING METHODS
The online store dimitriadisoptics.gr can serve customers from all over Greece, Cyprus and Europe.
Your order can be picked up in one of the following ways:
A) At your place by Courier company
Your order is shipped by Speedex Courier or General Post. Your order is shipped depending on the availability of products usually within 24 hours. Delivery of the order will take place at the address you have specified for us within 7 working days from the order of the product and within 10 working days for the remote areas. (And 15 working days for foreign countries)
Shipping costs regardless of weight and volume are 4 €.
The delivery times of the products are not binding for the company OPTIKA DIMITRIADI, as they may be influenced by unbalanced factors.
B) Collection from the store
The selection is made upon completion of your order. If you choose to pick up from our store (El. Venizelou 6, Volos), please note that the delivery time of the order is 2-5 working days.
Shipping charges
The shipping costs of our products cover the shipping of your order to the shipping address stated during the registration of the order and are borne exclusively by the customer.
Shipping Cost by Courier:
- For purchases up to 49.99 € the charge is 4 €. For abroad the charge is 12€-14 €.
Shipping Time: 7 days (10 days for remote areas)
- For purchases over 50 € you are not charged shipping costs. For abroad the charge is 12€-14€.

There may be an additional charge in some remote areas.
Delivery time
The Company delivers to you products that you ordered, no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. If there is a justified delay in the delivery of the order, you must give the Company an additional deadline depending on the circumstances, in order for the delivery to take place. If this is not observed, you have the right to terminate the contract and the Company is obliged to return without undue delay, all the money that had been paid under the contract.
